Alistar 14.17 Build

For items, our build recommends: Plated Steelcaps, Locket of the Iron Solari, Warmog's Armor, Celestial Opposition, Zeke's Convergence, and Thornmail. For runes, the strongest choice is Resolve (Primary) with Aftershock (Keystone), and Inspiration (Secondary).
