I had a @GetSpectrum tech pound on my door and ring my doorbell like five times today to ask me if when I had Spectrum service if it worked well, because he was installing next door and wanted to make sure.... sorry I wasn’t more polite sir.

fantastic update, @Ask_Spectrum just sent me a completely new bill for "unreturned equipment" at an address i haven't lived at for 3yrs. 4mo ago, they referred me to a collections agency for a $157 charge i never even saw, which dropped my credit score about 175 points
