fantastic update, @Ask_Spectrum just sent me a completely new bill for "unreturned equipment" at an address i haven't lived at for 3yrs. 4mo ago, they referred me to a collections agency for a $157 charge i never even saw, which dropped my credit score about 175 points

If you like extra sweats and fees while moving use @GetSpectrum. Even the customer service acknowledged it sucked being a spectrum customer. @GetSpectrum is a constant rip off.
